Personal Data Protection
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller will store and process their personal data (in particular their name, surname, academic titles, birth number, or if applicable, their company ID, tax ID, date of birth, residential address, telephone and fax connections) in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, in this Agreement and other related agreements and documents, including the archiving of contracts and documents in accordance with special regulations. The buyer also agrees that their personal data may be disclosed to cooperating suppliers, partners, intermediaries, or the seller's associates and advisors. The consent under this article is granted for the period necessary for fulfilling the obligations of this Agreement, but at least for a period of five (5) years. Personal data will be used in particular for the purpose of negotiating contractual relationships between the Parties, fulfilling contracts entered into between the Parties, offering business or services to the buyer, fulfilling obligations, and for generating sales statistics. Customer information is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, especially Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection as amended.
Mc TREE a.s. processes the personal data of persons registered through the lord.eu website, as well as all data obtained from questionnaires and surveys, for an indefinite period until the consent of each registered person is revoked. Persons providing information acknowledge that they can withdraw their consent at any time in writing, and Mc TREE a.s. will destroy the data.
All data obtained from customers is used exclusively for the internal needs of the company and is not provided to third parties. Exceptions include external carriers, to whom customer personal data is provided to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods. Without the express consent of customers, Mc TREE a.s. handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, especially in § 5 paragraph 2 letter b) and in § 5 paragraph 6.
Data Provision
Your data and information provided in our stores are confidential and are not provided to other entities outside of Mc TREE a.s., except for partners involved in payment transactions, such as banks. However, this only applies within the scope of a single specific payment using these services and exclusively within the limits of the Personal Data Protection Act.
